The Operations Center is considered the first point of contact for the university, as this number is dedicated to all security operations of the security department of the university and receives reports of medium and regular emergency cases, thefts, fires, and opening closed rooms (outside the official working hours).

This number is specified for high emergencies (every case that poses an immediate threat to health or life) such as critical emergency cases or any accident that threatens the life of a person within the university city

The Visitor's Reception Office receives all university visitors, and all university employees must call this number to disclose their visitors' information (names of visitors, how many, time of visit, and vehicle information)
